Well, that and listen, learn, grow. Plan, push, pull, expand. Show up, work hard, work fast, work humble, breathe, stragetize, mentor, inspire, lead by example. Communicate face to face, and in writing. Bring creative concepts to life. Hold a hand or two. Guide, give, recieve, start, start again, and then start again, put out beautiful work, mock up tear sheets, direct multiple sets, keep steady, give pre-pros, work alongside producers, work alongside Creative Directors, collaborate with Photographers. Teach Jr Stylists. Compliment, show respect. Evolve, dedicate myself to projects/brands. Improve. Reinvent. Look, see, expand.Collaborate successfully, solve problems quickly. Be flexable under pressure, Merch pulls, style outs, editorial walkthroughs, set up presentation spaces, give presentations, pull hero looks, organize as I go. Work joyfully with Inhouse Crew and Freelance Crews. Manage time, manage budget, manage flow. It’s an exciting time and place to be in the Industry.  Plus, I’m happy.
